Shirley A. Kubiak (nee Selintus), age 87. Loving wife of the late Robert L. Kubiak; adored mother of Debra Ann (John Jr.) Rak and the late Michael (Pamela) Kubiak; devoted grandmother of Christopher, Timothy J., Megan, Katie, Erin and Matthew; cherished great-grandmother of Noah, Lucas and Holly. In loving memory of Mrs. Shirley Kubiak. She will be truly missed and always loved. She will be forever in our hearts and thoughts. She was a terrific wife, mother, grandma and great-grandmother. Heaven has earned a great angel. Visitation Services will be held at G. Martinez Funeral Home, 5725 S.
