In Loving Memory of Luz Davalos

Luz Davalos, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on August 6, 2026, at the age of 91.

Luz was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Agustin Davalos, and her oldest daughter, Luz Maria Davalos.

She is survived by her children, Agustin Davalos Jr., married to Hortencia Davalos; Jesus Davalos, married to Michelle Davalos; Marta Barth; and Ricardo Davalos, married to Claudia Davalos; as well as her grandchildren, Mireya Hernandez, Fernando Davalos, Laura Davalos, Jessica Davalos, Eduardo Barth, Daniel Barth, Alejandro Barth, and Sofia Davalos.

Luz dedicated her life to her family, and her greatest joy was being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Her love, faith, strength, and the warmth she brought to her family will remain in their hearts and memories forever.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial service: Friday, August 14th, 2026 from 3-8 pm at G. Martinez Funeral Home, 5725 S Pulaski Rd.

Inurnment: Monday, August 17th, 2026 at 12:00 pm at St Casimir Cemetery, 4401 W 111th st, Chicago, Il, 60655
