Irene “Zelda” Banach, nee Podlasek, age 92. Wife of the late John Banach; loving mother of Darlene Curry; cherished grandma of Jimmy Polubinski, John Michael Polubinski, and Nicole Curry; fond sister of Wally, Lily, Wanda, the late Theresa, Sophie, Stella and Stanley; also many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather Saturday 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Turibius Church, 5646 S. Karlov Ave. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
