Theresa M. Briski nee Sorich, age 90, of the SW side of Chicago.  Beloved wife of the late Leo. Loving mother of Helen (David) Sivicek, Jim (Sherry), Christine (Salvatore) Contraveos, Annie Rzeszuto and dear family friend Ann Marie Phaneuf. Devoted grandmother of Jim (Courtney) Sivicek, Kate (Dan) Calenberg, Jason and Aaron (Anya) Contraveos and Austin Briski. Great-grandmother of Addie, Jack and Ellie. Fond sister of Sr. Helen O.P., Tony (the late Patsy), the late Nick and Elizabeth Sorich. Also nieces and nephews.
